The Farm (production facility) is located at La Democracia Villa, Mile 31 on the George Price Highway, Belize District Belize.

The farming operations consist of:

• 250 hectares of total owned land
• 3 Phases (Bloack A, B & C)
• 110 hectors of total green water area
• Semi-Intensive – 91 hectares of green water ponds or 100 ponds (1.7 to 2.5 acres each) and 32 more to be added
• Back-up system & aeration
